Alicia McBryde
OTR/L

Alicia graduated from University of Central Arkansas in 1996 with a degree in Occupational Therapy . She incorporated McBryde Therapy OPS in 2005 to offer a comprehensive approach to children with therapy needs throughout Sharp and surrounding counties. Over the years, she has acquired specialized training/certifications in sensory integrative techniques, equine facilitated therapy, therapeutic taping, and visual rehab. McBryde Therapy OPS has been more than a career, but rather a passion. She loves God, her husband, her family, and every child she serves.

Laura Gaskins
COTA/L

Laura earned an Associates as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant from Baptist Health School in Little Rock, AR in 2008. She has experience in settings such as schools, early childhood, long-term care facilities, and outpatient rehab. Outside of the workplace, Laura enjoys playing sports, being outside, and spending time with family.

Aaron Culiver
OTD, OTR/L

Aaron graduated from Arkansas State University with a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy degree. He served in the United States Marine Corps, in the infantry, and deployed on the 11th and 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit to foreign soil. Aaron is married with four beautiful children, and he loves and values God, family, and his country. In his spare-time he enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with family, and doing carpentry work. His goal as a therapist is to provide services that will enrich the lives that he serves and to give back to the community.

Jordin Stowers
COTA/L

Jordin earned an Associates as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant from Arkansas State University in 2018. She has experience in schools, early childhood development, inpatient rehab and home health covering a wide range of diagnosis. Her passion lies with pediatrics and making a difference in their lives one session at a time. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, exercising and having cookouts with friends.

Bonnie Reed
PTA

Bonnie earned an Associates Degree as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant from Arkansas State University in 2005. She has experience in Hospital/Acute care settings along with Home Health. She is married with 2 sons. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and being outdoors.

Amy Rucker
MS, CCC-SLP

Amy Graduated from University of Central Arkansas with a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology in 1998. She has worked in a variety of settings including Viola Public School and Gross Therapy Services. She has experience and training with children and adults in the areas of language, articulation, voice, swallowing, and disorders affecting communication. She has experience with all levels of severity. Amy has 4 adult children and several grandchildren. She enjoys family game nights and spoiling her grandchildren.

Malinda Beck
Office Manager

Malinda earned an Associates degree in Computer Network Support Technology in 2001. She has over 20 years of experience in a variety of clerical fields. In her spare time she enjoys working in her yard and spending time with her family and friends.

Jenifer Calhoon
MS, CCC-SLP

Jenifer graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1996 with a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology. After
graduation, she moved home to Tulsa for 25 years before returning to Arkansas and her family farm. Jenifer has worked at
inpatient Rehabilitation centers, Head Start, public schools, and 16 years in Home Health with a wide range of experience in
speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders. Jenifer is married and raised 3 boys, living the ultimate boy mom life
by traveling to games, cooking endless food and supporting all of their endeavors! Now, she spends time gardening, canning,
and learning the family farm.

Chelsey Howell
DPT

 Chelsey graduated from Arkansas State University in 2016 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has experience in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, Acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and pediatrics. She lives on a farm with her husband and two sweet boys where they raise black angus cattle. Chelsey loves antiquing and jewelry making in her spare time.

Carrie Barber
COTA/L

Carrie Barber is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) who graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology and Hearing Disorders. With a passion for helping children communicate effectively, Carrie combines her professional expertise with her love for nurturing young minds. Outside of her career, she cherishes spending quality time with her family, often found kayaking together on the tranquil waters of Arkansas, where they create lasting memories while embracing the beauty of nature. Guided by her love of God, Carrie Barber approaches her work and personal life with compassion, service, commitment, and joy.

Harlee Deloach
COTA/L

Harlee is a Licensed/Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who graduated from Arkansas State University in August of 2024. She cur
rently works here at MTO and also is employed working with outpatient adults at GTS in Highland. She has experience in the following settings: early childhood development, inpatient hospital, mental health inpatient, outpatient adult rehab, and is familiar with a wide range of diagnosis. Her biggest goal as a therapist is to help each patient reach their fullest potential of independence. Outside of the workplace she loves spending her time with family, being outdoors, exercising, and volunteering in anything church related.

Rhonda Miller
MS, CCC-SLP

Rhonda earned her degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Arkansas in 2004. She has had experience in preschool, elementary, early intervention, and private practice settings. She has one son and one daughter. She strives to help all her patients reach their full potential.
